These insoles are too small to bring any releif to my feet (I have medicinal insoles for many years). I didn't expect much, but i probably never use these. They are to small, or rather too thin (just 3-4 millimeters) for any effect. The product quality is fair, but it's just a piece of silicone rubber. On the other hand, I had to learn two words of chinese ("left" and "right"), because there's no customary and international "R" or "L" on them. So, the product is good, but useless (for me, and guess many others). It should be thicker for the price.
